Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate teams, ensure work quality, and monitor project timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction site operations and ensure project execution as per schedule
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare project timelines, schedules, estimates, and progress reports
  • Monitor project budgets, material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project standards, and quality control procedures
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or delays
  • Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction plans
  • Manage subcontractor performance, negotiate contracts, and approve work completion
  • Lead project meetings and report progress to senior management
  • Ensure handover and completion within agreed timelines and cost parameters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 7–12 years of experience in construction project management (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project documentation
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
