Job Description

A reputable construction and interior finishing company is hiring skilled and hardworking Plasterers for wall plastering, ceiling finishing, surface smoothing, cement application, and interior/exterior construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in plaster application, rendering, wall preparation, finishing work, and construction surface repair for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply plaster, cement, and finishing materials on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project requirements
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and mixing plaster materials properly
  • Perform interior and exterior plastering, rendering, and smoothing work
  • Measure and maintain proper thickness and finishing quality during plaster application
  • Repair damaged plaster surfaces, cracks, and wall defects when required
  • Operate plastering tools, mixers, trowels, grinders, and finishing equipment safely
  • Read basic construction drawings and follow finishing layouts accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle construction materials properly
  • Follow workplace safety standards and construction procedures
  • Coordinate with painters, masons, gypsum workers, and site supervisors for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Plasterer / Construction Finishing Worker preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plastering, rendering, and wall finishing techniques
  • Ability to use plastering tools and construction equipment safely
  • Physically fit for lifting materials and working on construction sites
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and attention to finishing quality
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is an advantage
