Job Description
A reputable beauty and wellness employer in Albania is hiring skilled and creative Hairdressers / Beauticians for salon services, beauty treatments, hair styling, skincare support, and personal grooming services. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in haircutting, hairstyling, coloring, beauty treatments, skincare, makeup assistance, and customer service in salons, spas, or beauty service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, trimming, styling, and blow-drying services for clients
- Perform hair coloring, highlighting, straightening, smoothing, and hair treatment services
- Offer beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and skincare services where required
- Assist clients with beauty consultations and recommend suitable haircare / skincare treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon tools, workstations, and beauty equipment
- Sterilize combs, brushes, scissors, styling tools, and beauty instruments after each use
- Handle salon appointments, client service support, and maintain professional customer relations
- Use hairdryers, straighteners, curlers, makeup kits, and beauty tools safely and efficiently
- Monitor stock of salon products, beauty supplies, and treatment materials
- Follow salon hygiene standards, safety procedures, and professional grooming policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hairdresser / Beautician / Salon Staff / Beauty Therapist preferred
- Strong knowledge of hair styling, beauty treatments, skincare, and salon hygiene standards
- Experience in salons, spas, beauty clinics, or personal care services is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Creative personality with attention to style and grooming details
- Ability to stand for long working hours in salon environments
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Professional appearance, discipline, and strong work ethic
