Job Description

Belje Plus is hiring skilled and experienced Tractor Drivers for agricultural operations, field preparation, crop transportation, and farm equipment handling projects in Croatia. The ideal candidate should have practical experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery for ploughing, sowing, harvesting support, transporting farm materials, and general farm equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate tractors safely and efficiently for ploughing, cultivation, sowing, spraying, and harvesting support activities
  • Transport crops, fertilizers, seeds, farming tools, and agricultural materials across farm sites
  • Attach and operate agricultural equipment such as trailers, ploughs, seed drills, sprayers, cultivators, and harvest support tools
  • Perform land preparation work including soil leveling, tilling, and field maintenance
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks including fuel, oil, tire pressure, hydraulics, and machine cleanliness
  • Identify mechanical issues and report repair or servicing needs promptly
  • Follow farm operational plans, seasonal work schedules, and supervisor instructions
  • Ensure safe operation of machinery while following company safety procedures and agricultural regulations
  • Maintain productivity targets during planting, cultivation, and harvesting seasons
  • Assist with general farm operations when machinery work is not required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Tractor Driver / Farm Machinery Operator / Agricultural Equipment Operator
  • Valid driving license / tractor operating certification preferred
  • Basic knowledge of tractor maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Experience operating farm attachments and agricultural machinery
  • Physically fit for outdoor farm work in different weather conditions
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
  • Experience in commercial farming operations is an advantage
