Job Description

Trace Group Hold is hiring skilled and hardworking Construction Workers for building construction, infrastructure development, site preparation, material handling, and general construction support projects in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in construction site work, masonry assistance, concrete mixing, structural support, and manual labor across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in construction activities including site preparation, material loading/unloading, and basic building work
• Support masonry, plastering, concreting, brickwork, steel fixing, and finishing work as required
• Mix cement, concrete, mortar, and other construction materials according to project needs
• Carry construction materials such as bricks, cement bags, sand, steel bars, and tools across the worksite
• Assist machine operators, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and site supervisors during project execution
• Perform digging, trenching, leveling, cleaning, and demolition work where required
• Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain site cleanliness and organize materials properly at the work location
• Follow construction safety procedures, site regulations, and supervisor instructions
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site work / labor work / building support work preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, site handling, and safety practices
• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor construction environments
• Experience using hand tools and small construction equipment is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic, discipline, and safety awareness
• Willingness to work overtime when required
