Job Description

A reputed construction and infrastructure company in Romania is hiring hardworking and skilled Construction Workers for building, roadwork, and civil infrastructure projects. The candidate will assist in site preparation, material handling, concrete work, brickwork support, and general construction activities while following safety regulations and project guidelines. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and able to work in outdoor construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in construction site preparation and setup work
✔ Load, unload, and transport construction materials on-site
✔ Support masonry, concrete pouring, steel fixing, and finishing work
✔ Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
✔ Dig trenches, level ground, and assist in structural work
✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction areas
✔ Follow site safety procedures, use protective equipment, and report hazards
✔ Assist supervisors, engineers, and skilled tradesmen in daily site tasks
✔ Help in demolition, repair, and renovation work when required
✔ Complete assigned tasks within project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

✔ Previous construction / labor work experience preferred
✔ Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
✔ Physically strong and fit for heavy-duty work
✔ Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
✔ Teamwork attitude and willingness to follow instructions
✔ Basic communication skills
✔ Safety-conscious and responsible work approach
