Job Description

Knauf Romania is hiring skilled and experienced Plasterers for drywall finishing, wall plastering, interior surface treatment, and large-scale building finishing projects in Romania. Key Responsibilities

• Apply plaster, gypsum compounds, and cement mortar on walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces
• Perform internal and external plastering work according to project specifications
• Smooth, level, and finish surfaces for painting, decorative coatings, and premium wall finishing
• Prepare wall surfaces for plaster application, including cleaning, patching, and leveling
• Repair cracks, damaged plaster sections, and uneven surfaces
• Install corner beads, plaster mesh, trims, and finishing accessories where required
• Carry out drywall joint finishing, sanding, skim coating, and touch-up work
• Mix plaster compounds, finishing materials, and mortar accurately
• Operate plastering tools, mixers, trowels, floats, sanders, and finishing equipment safely
• Inspect completed work for alignment, smoothness, and quality standards
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all safety procedures
• Coordinate with drywall installers, painters, masons, and site supervisors for smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Plasterer / Gypsum Plaster Worker / Wall Finishing Worker / Surface Finisher
• Strong knowledge of plaster systems, wall finishing, and gypsum application techniques
• Experience in drywall finishing, skim coating, and interior plaster work is an advantage
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements
• Experience using plastering hand tools and finishing equipment
• Physically fit for demanding construction work
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
