Job Description

Impact Developer & Contractor is hiring skilled and detail-oriented Wall Surface Finishers for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects in Romania. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in wall preparation, plaster finishing, smoothing, leveling, patch repair, and final surface treatment to ensure premium-quality finishing standards in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare wall surfaces for plastering, painting, coating, and decorative finishes
  • Apply plaster, cement compounds, and finishing materials on interior and exterior walls
  • Smooth, level, and finish surfaces to achieve high-quality final output
  • Repair cracks, holes, and uneven wall areas before final finishing work
  • Carry out patchwork, sanding, grinding, and touch-up finishing as required
  • Mix plaster compounds, cement mortar, and finishing materials accurately
  • Install finishing trims, reinforcement mesh, and corner beads where required
  • Operate finishing hand tools, trowels, grinders, sanders, and leveling equipment safely
  • Inspect finished surfaces for smoothness, alignment, and project quality standards
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all company safety regulations
  • Coordinate with painters, plasterers, masons, and site supervisors for efficient project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Wall Surface Finisher / Plaster Worker / Surface Finisher
  • Strong knowledge of wall preparation, plaster finishing, leveling, and repair techniques
  • Experience in interior and exterior wall finishing work
  • Ability to read basic construction measurements and site instructions
  • Experience using finishing tools, sanding machines, grinders, and masonry tools
  • Physically fit for demanding construction work
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness
  • Experience in residential or commercial development projects is an advantage
