Construction Finishing Worker

Job Description

RC Beton Bau is hiring skilled and hardworking Construction Finishing Workers for commercial buildings, industrial structures, and civil engineering projects in Romania. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in surface finishing, plaster application, concrete smoothing, repair work, and final construction finishing activities to ensure high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, smoothing, leveling, and finishing on walls, floors, and concrete structures
• Apply plaster, cement compounds, and finishing materials according to project specifications
• Repair cracks, damaged surfaces, and uneven concrete areas
• Carry out grinding, polishing, and final finishing treatments where required
• Prepare surfaces for painting, waterproofing, tiling, and decorative coatings
• Mix cement mortar, plaster compounds, and finishing materials accurately
• Use hand tools, grinders, polishing machines, and finishing equipment safely
• Inspect finished work for alignment, smoothness, and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
• Follow supervisor instructions, technical plans, and workplace safety procedures
• Coordinate with masons, painters, carpenters, and site engineers for smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Construction Finishing Worker / Surface Finisher / Concrete Finisher / Plaster Worker
• Strong knowledge of plastering, concrete finishing, leveling, and repair techniques
• Experience using finishing hand tools, grinders, polishing equipment, and masonry tools
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements
• Physically fit for demanding construction work
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness
• Experience in industrial or civil infrastructure projects is an advantage
