Job Description

Concelex is hiring skilled and experienced Finishing Masons for commercial buildings, residential developments, and civil engineering projects in Romania. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wall plastering, surface leveling, cement finishing, masonry repair work, and final construction finishing activities to ensure high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform wall plastering, cement finishing, and surface smoothing work
  • Apply mortar, plaster, and finishing materials accurately according to project requirements
  • Carry out brickwork finishing, patch repair, and decorative masonry work
  • Prepare surfaces for tiling, painting, and final finishing applications
  • Repair cracks, uneven surfaces, and structural finishing defects
  • Mix cement, mortar, and finishing compounds as required
  • Use masonry hand tools, leveling equipment, and finishing tools safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
  • Follow technical drawings, supervisor instructions, and site safety regulations
  • Coordinate with painters, tile workers, carpenters, and site engineers for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Finishing Mason / Plaster Mason / Masonry Worker
  • Strong knowledge of plastering, surface finishing, and masonry repair techniques
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements
  • Experience using masonry hand tools and finishing equipment
  • Physically fit for demanding construction work
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
  • Experience in commercial / infrastructure projects is an advantage
