Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Manager – Civil & Structural to lead and oversee civil and structural engineering activities across construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure design integrity, construction quality, safety compliance, and timely project delivery while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil and structural works for construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Review and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations, and technical submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities.
  • Monitor site execution to ensure quality, progress, and cost control.
  • Resolve technical issues related to civil and structural works.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for civil & structural activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
  • Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for management.
  • Mentor and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in civil and structural works for large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, codes, and standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in design and project tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Experience working on UAE or GCC-based projects.
