HR & Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR & Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and HR advisory support. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and recommend suitable candidates
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
- Provide HR advisory support on policies, compliance, and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases
- Assist in employer branding, talent engagement, and retention initiatives
- Stay updated with labor laws, HR trends, and recruitment best practices
- Liaise with clients or internal departments to understand hiring requirements and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR policies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and recruitment software
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE or GCC recruitment and labor law
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with employer branding and HR analytics
