Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to oversee large-scale road and infrastructure projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise road and infrastructure construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, standards, and safety regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor quality control and progress
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on project requirements
  • Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and cost analysis
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Resolve technical and operational issues on site
  • Mentor and manage site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale road, highway, or urban infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with EPC contracts and tender management
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO standards)
  • Proficient in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
  • Experience working in UAE or GCC infrastructure projects
