Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to manage vehicle parking services efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will greet customers professionally, park and retrieve vehicles responsibly, and ensure a smooth parking experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and provide professional valet parking service
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Handle vehicle keys responsibly and maintain proper records
• Inspect vehicles for any existing damage before parking
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to safety and company guidelines
• Assist customers with directions and basic inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
• Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Valid driving license (LMV / GCC license preferred for UAE)
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Basic knowledge of traffic and parking safety rules
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, responsible, and well-presented.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant or Driver
• Experience working in hotels, malls, hospitals, or commercial buildings
• Familiarity with parking management systems
• Ability to handle customer vehicles carefully and confidently
• Knowledge of local roads and parking layouts.
