Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI & Graphic Design Specialist to craft visually compelling designs that enhance user experiences and elevate brand identity. The ideal candidate will combine strong design aesthetics with technical proficiency to deliver high-quality visuals for web, mobile, and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging UI layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and mobile applications.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity through innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design (preferably in a digital agency or tech environment).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UI and graphic design projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Familiarity with brand design systems and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
