A reputable construction and interior finishing company is hiring skilled and hardworking Tilers for floor tiling, wall tiling, ceramic installation, marble fitting, granite work, and interior finishing projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in tile installation, surface preparation, tile cutting, grouting, and finishing work for residential and commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Install floor tiles, wall tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, and granite materials according to project requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, and fix tiles using proper construction tools and equipment
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive materials before tile installation
  • Perform grouting, polishing, alignment, and finishing work for high-quality results
  • Read basic construction layouts and follow installation patterns accurately
  • Repair damaged tiles and replace broken tile sections when required
  • Operate tile cutters, grinders, drills, and finishing tools safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle construction materials properly
  • Follow workplace safety standards and construction procedures
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, construction workers, and interior finishing teams for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Tiler / Tile Mason preferred
  • Basic knowledge of ceramic, marble, granite, and wall tile installation techniques
  • Ability to use tile installation tools and finishing equipment safely
  • Physically fit for lifting materials and working on construction sites
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and attention to finishing quality
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or interior construction projects is an advantage
