About the Role

We are seeking confident and enthusiastic Talent Showcase Hosts to join our digital entertainment team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to engage audiences while presenting and highlighting the talents of performers, creators, and guests during live online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host live talent showcase sessions and interactive online events
  • Introduce performers, creators, and special guests professionally
  • Engage audiences through discussions, interviews, and interactive activities
  • Maintain audience interest and encourage participation throughout broadcasts
  • Present promotional campaigns, event highlights, and featured content
  • Respond to audience comments and questions in real-time
  • Collaborate with content and production teams to plan and schedule broadcasts
  • Follow platform guidelines and broadcasting schedules consistently

Requirements

  • Good English communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, professional, and camera-friendly personality
  • Comfortable speaking and interacting live on camera
  • Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate audience engagement
  • Basic knowledge of TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, or similar platforms
  • Stable internet connection and professional remote work environment
  • Previous experience in hosting, presenting, event moderation, or content creation is preferred

  • Strong public speaking and audience engagement abilities
  • Creative communication and improvisation skills
  • Experience in digital broadcasting, online events, or live entertainment
