Store Operations Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Operations Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and store performance while maintaining company standards and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and supervise store staff, schedules, and performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Implement store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Handle customer issues, escalations, and feedback effectively
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and head office teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
• Prepare operational reports and share insights with management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in retail or store operations
• Proven experience in team leadership and store management
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory, and sales KPIs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG or multi-store retail operations
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
• Customer experience and merchandising expertise
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Training and staff development experience
