Job Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Reporter / Content Creator to join our digital media team. The ideal candidate will cover trending social topics, live events, interviews, and create engaging multimedia content for social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Strong storytelling ability and on-camera confidence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and cover trending social topics, lifestyle stories, and community events
  • Create engaging social media content including reels, videos, and interviews
  • Report live from locations and interact with the public on trending subjects
  • Script, film, edit, and publish content for various social media platforms
  • Conduct interviews with influencers, public figures, and general audience
  • Generate creative ideas, story concepts, and viral content strategies
  • Manage social media pages, scheduling, captions, and performance tracking
  • Ensure content accuracy, credibility, and alignment with brand tone
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams
  • Stay up to date with online trends, social behavior, and digital culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, vlogging, digital journalism, or reporting
  • Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and video production skills
  • Excellent communication and on-camera presentation abilities
  • Experience with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments
  • Active knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
  • Own camera gear is an advantage but not mandatory
