Job Description
A reputed manufacturing, construction, or industrial engineering company in Belarus is hiring skilled Welders for metal fabrication, structural welding, and equipment repair work. The candidate will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques, preparing welding surfaces, reading technical drawings, and ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds according to project specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on welding experience and a strong understanding of welding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
✔ Read blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately
✔ Cut, shape, grind, and prepare metal surfaces before welding
✔ Inspect welded joints for strength, alignment, and finish quality
✔ Repair damaged metal structures, machine parts, and fabricated components
✔ Operate welding machines, grinders, cutters, and fabrication tools safely
✔ Follow workplace safety procedures, fire prevention rules, and protective equipment guidelines
✔ Assist in fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures
✔ Maintain welding tools, gas cylinders, and workshop equipment properly
✔ Complete assigned tasks according to production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
✔ 2–5 years of welding experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of MIG / TIG / ARC welding techniques
✔ Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding instructions
✔ Experience in metal cutting, grinding, and finishing work
✔ Welding certification is an advantage
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✔ Physically fit for workshop / industrial site work
✔ Safety-conscious and disciplined work approach
