Job Description

A reputable construction company in Belarus is hiring skilled and hardworking Shuttering Carpenters for residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in formwork installation, shuttering work, concrete framework preparation, and structural carpentry activities according to construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble shuttering and formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations
  • Read construction drawings and follow site measurements accurately
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and metal formwork materials
  • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and stability of shuttering structures before concrete pouring
  • Dismantle shuttering and formwork safely after concrete setting
  • Repair and maintain shuttering materials and carpentry tools
  • Work with concrete workers, steel fixers, masons, and supervisors for smooth project execution
  • Use carpentry tools such as saws, drills, hammers, grinders, measuring tapes, and levels safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle construction materials properly
  • Follow workplace safety standards and construction site procedures
  • Support general construction activities when required on site

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter preferred
  • Basic knowledge of formwork systems, concrete structures, and carpentry techniques
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements
  • Skilled in using carpentry tools and construction equipment safely
  • Physically fit for lifting materials and working in outdoor construction environments
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to construction quality
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
