Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Travel Consultant with expertise in GDS systems to manage travel arrangements for crew in the Marine / Offshore / Energy segment. The role requires strong customer service, booking, and ticketing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage air tickets, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services for corporate and crew members.
  • Handle reservations, ticketing requests, seat/meal requests, and PTA transmission.
  • Provide accurate fare quotes and assist with revalidation, re-issue, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts to ensure smooth travel operations.
  • Promote airline-related products and corporate deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage complaints, handle inquiries, and maintain agency brand image.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of travel industry experience, ideally in Marine/Offshore/Energy.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
  • Strong customer service focus, problem-solving, and time management skills.
