Senior Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Architect to oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will lead concept development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure design quality and compliance with regulatory standards. Experience in high-rise, commercial, and large-scale residential projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction completion
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and approval submissions
- Collaborate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and design specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and authority regulations
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure design accuracy
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and design deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and design reports for management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 8–12 years of proven experience as an Architect in the UAE or GCC
- Strong portfolio in high-rise, commercial, and residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and related design tools
- Knowledge of authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership & project coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
