Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving business revenue growth. This role requires excellent leadership, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive business development and maximize market share.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Targets & Performance: Set clear performance goals, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Training & Development: Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to develop their skills and improve performance.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in a relevant industry (e.g., real estate, FMCG, trading, or technology).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven, strategic thinker, self-motivated, and a strong problem-solver.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
