Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Sales operations of the organization, and ensuring all sales objectives are met.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction of high standard and products of exceptional quality is delivered to maintain and excel Hazar’s high reputation.

Responsibilities:
- · Effectively qualify the customer to creating a firm understanding for their taste in dress design requirements.
- · Presenting and showcasing the most suitable dresses according to customer budget and design requirements. Discuss design options with the customer and offer knowledgeable advice to customers.
- · Attending calls and entering all customer information including name, contact information, wedding details, dress details, etc
- · Keeping track of customer prova/fitting dates and ensure prior notice and pre-preparations with the production team are made.
- · Handling payments, follow-ups and timely dress delivery ensuring client requirement checklists are met.
- · Regular Follow-up on customer requests & complaints.
- · Carry-out or delegate customer calls on day of the weddings to reassure and confirm details for the evening.
- · Ensuring timely completion of alteration schedules with prova of customers.
- · Continuous follow-up to un-booked clients with reasons and update status to Management.
- · Record Up to date information of all customers in the system before end of duty each day.
- · Follow up on calls and messages and recording the information required.
- · Coordination of all required accessories arrangements upon dress delivery.
- · Working towards and achieving individual & monthly sales targets.
- · Working on excel and outlook, and preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Managing Director
Desired Candidate Profile
A Minimum of 5 yrs.’ experience with a high-end fashion luxury brand including bridal haute couture and fashion industry knowledge.
Attributes:
- Relevant Degree and experience in high-end fashion luxury brand and deep acquaintance in fashion industry.
- Strong business knowledge in people management & relevant industry expertise
- Positive attitude when working in a busy sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Working positively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic & English language
- MS Office and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present new ideas
