We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, prepare quotations, and maintain client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone/email.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Maintain records of sales transactions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports.
- Ensure smooth follow-up until order completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of sales coordination experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
