Job Description
We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, handle customer communication, and manage sales documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a passion for working with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries
- Handle email communication with clients and internal departments
- Track sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Ensure timely processing of orders and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic queries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for product dispatch
- Follow up on pending payments and client documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines
- Good problem-solving attitude and customer-friendly behavior
