Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional guidance and support to clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on market trends, and help close deals effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Understand clients’ property needs (residential, commercial, investment), budget, and preferences. Provide professional guidance and property recommendations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, pricing, and new property listings. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on various platforms, including online portals, social media, and other marketing tools.
  • Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and renters, providing all necessary property details.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Close sales and lease agreements successfully.
  • Documentation: Prepare sales contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or related fields. Experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai property market, real estate regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Sales-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • License: A real estate license from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) is mandatory.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. A customer-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
