Job Description

We are looking for motivated and reliable Part-Time Tutors to provide academic support to students in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will deliver subject-focused tutoring, help students improve academic performance, and support learning through flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions
  • Teach assigned subjects clearly based on student needs and curriculum
  • Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation
  • Prepare lesson plans and study materials for effective learning
  • Track student progress and share feedback with parents or guardians
  • Build student confidence, discipline, and learning skills
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistent session schedules

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience
  • Strong subject knowledge and explanation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CBSE, ICSE, British, American, or IB curricula
  • Home tutoring or online tutoring experience
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic is a plus)

Salary Range (Abu Dhabi)

  • AED 50 – 100 per hour
