Job Description

A reputable construction and interior finishing company is hiring skilled and hardworking Painters for wall painting, surface finishing, interior decoration, and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in interior and exterior painting, wall preparation, putty work, sanding, texture finishing, and paint application for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply paint, primer, putty, and finishing materials on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project requirements
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks before painting
  • Perform interior and exterior painting, texture work, and decorative finishing
  • Mix paints and finishing materials to achieve proper color and consistency
  • Operate painting tools, spray machines, rollers, brushes, and sanding equipment safely
  • Repair damaged painted surfaces and perform touch-up work when required
  • Read basic construction layouts and follow finishing instructions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle painting materials properly
  • Follow workplace safety standards and construction procedures
  • Coordinate with plasterers, gypsum workers, carpenters, and site supervisors for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Painter / Construction Finishing Worker preferred
  • Basic knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques
  • Ability to use painting tools and finishing equipment safely
  • Physically fit for construction site work and working at heights when required
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and attention to finishing quality
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is an advantage
