Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Networking Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performance network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless connectivity, optimize network performance, and support business operations through robust networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructures
  • Configure and manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
  • Implement network security policies, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
  • Perform network upgrades, capacity planning, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support servers, cloud infrastructure, and applications
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
  • Provide technical support and incident resolution as required
  • Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security solutions
  • Understanding of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience working in UAE or GCC-based IT environments
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
