Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Media Ad Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space across various media platforms, including print, digital, and outdoor. As an Ad Sales Executive, you will build relationships with clients, identify their advertising needs, and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across industries who would benefit from media advertising services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive advertising revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client objectives and create customized advertising proposals across various media channels.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their advertising campaigns are successful and meet expectations.
- Advertising Solutions: Sell advertising space across multiple platforms such as print, radio, TV, digital, social media, and outdoor.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close advertising deals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and media consumption patterns to effectively position advertising solutions.
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to management regarding progress, pipeline, and challenges.
- Client Support: Offer post-sales support, ensuring clients’ expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in media advertising sales, digital media, or a related sales role.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in selling across multiple media platforms (print, digital, outdoor, etc.).
- Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and offer customized advertising solutions to clients.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
- Personality: Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for media sales and customer satisfaction.
