Mathematics Teacher
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction, developing lesson plans, and fostering a strong learning environment that encourages student success in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics to assigned grade levels following the curriculum and school standards.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that enhance student understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations on a regular basis.
- Provide academic support, feedback, and guidance to students to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff, academic coordinators, and parents for student development.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education with a specialization in Mathematics.
- Teaching qualification/certification (B.Ed preferred).
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of modern teaching methodologies and digital classroom tools.
- Ability to inspire students and promote analytical learning.
- Fluent in English; other languages like Arabic/Hindi are a plus.
