Machinery Operator (Excavator/Bobcat/Buildozer)

Job Description

Alstom Romania is hiring experienced Machinery Operators (Excavator / Bobcat / Bulldozer) for railway infrastructure, construction, and heavy equipment operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating construction machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, land leveling, trenching, material movement, and site preparation work in large-scale transport and infrastructure projects. Alstom has major rail modernization and infrastructure projects across Romania, making machinery operators an important part of site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate Excavator, Bobcat, and Bulldozer as per project requirements
✔ Perform digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving operations
✔ Load / unload construction materials on-site
✔ Conduct daily inspection and routine maintenance of machinery
✔ Follow workplace safety standards and operational guidelines
✔ Report equipment faults or technical issues immediately
✔ Assist construction and installation teams when required
✔ Maintain productivity targets and work schedules

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2–5 years of machinery operating experience
✔ Valid heavy equipment operating license / certification
✔ Knowledge of machine safety protocols
✔ Ability to work on infrastructure / railway / construction sites
✔ Basic understanding of machine maintenance
✔ Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions

Salary & Benefits:

💶 Salary: €1000 – €1200 / Month
