Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads that support sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage digital channels, data-driven strategies, and outreach techniques to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and business opportunities
- Execute outbound lead generation via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital channels
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and sales readiness
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead strategies
- Track lead performance and conversion metrics
- Prepare lead generation and performance reports
- Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM systems, and sales processes
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, or CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS/IT services
- Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with data scraping, prospecting, and email outreach techniques
- Experience in UAE or GCC markets
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
