Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Emirati Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide professional legal support, represent clients in legal matters, draft legal documents, and advise on UAE laws and regulations. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of UAE Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Labor, and Corporate law and be capable of handling legal cases independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management, clients, and internal departments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
  • Represent the company in court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and government authorities.
  • Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist with licensing, corporate setup, and government-related processes.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare case strategies, and maintain case records.
  • Manage legal risks and provide solutions to protect business interests.
  • Liaise with external law firms, judicial authorities, and government bodies.
  • Review policies, internal procedures, and legal frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification from a recognized university.
  • Must be an Emirati National (UAE Passport Holder).
  • License to practice law in UAE courts (preferable).
  • 3–7 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, or contractual law.
  • Strong understanding of UAE federal and emirate-level laws.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented.
