Junior Designer

Job Description

We are looking for talented and creative Junior Designers to join our design team in Umm-Al-Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidates should have a strong sense of creativity, basic design skills, and the ability to support senior designers in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Support senior designers in brainstorming and creating visual concepts.
• Edit and enhance images, layouts, and design elements according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to meet campaign design requirements.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual creatives.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, styles, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (internship experience acceptable).
• Basic skills in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt design styles accordingly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (optional but preferred).
• Understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced tasks.
