Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Ajman. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets primarily through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be key in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads via phone calls, emails, and online channels.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up on inbound inquiries, convert prospects into customers, and close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and explain company services to potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including progress, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools for sales management.
- Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong customer focus.
