Housekeeping Women
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Woman to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in residential, hotel, or facility environments. The role plays an important part in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for residents, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain rooms, corridors, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies
- Clean restrooms and staff facilities
- Handle waste disposal and recycling properly
- Follow housekeeping schedules and checklists
- Report maintenance or repair issues to supervisors
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- No formal education required (basic education preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality services
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety procedures
- Experience working in UAE or GCC hospitality/facility environments (preferred)
