Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana is hiring professional and customer-focused Hostess Staff for guest reception, seating management, reservation handling, and hospitality service operations in Albania. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in guest handling, front-of-house operations, reservation coordination, and delivering excellent customer service in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide professional first-point customer service
  • Manage table reservations, waiting lists, and guest seating arrangements efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menu or service information when required
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff, chefs, and service teams for smooth guest flow management
  • Handle customer inquiries, booking requests, and special guest requirements professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception / waiting areas
  • Support event hosting, banquet guest coordination, and VIP guest assistance where required
  • Ensure guests receive prompt attention and a positive hospitality experience
  • Maintain communication with supervisors regarding guest feedback and service improvements
  • Follow company hospitality standards, grooming policies, and customer service procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess / Reception Host / Guest Service Staff preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Pleasant personality with professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Basic English communication skills required (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Team player with strong work ethic and hospitality mindset
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, or event venues is an advantage
