We are seeking a Head of Procurement & Contracts to lead procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and supplier management for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies and policies
• Manage high-value vendor contracts
• Lead negotiations and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with legal and commercial terms
• Oversee procurement teams and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
• 10+ years of procurement & contracts experience
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Experience with large infrastructure or industrial projects
