We are hiring a Facility Coordinator to manage facility operations, maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Monitor facility safety and cleanliness
- Maintain maintenance schedules and logs
- Handle facility-related complaints and requests
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prepare facility reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 1–3 years of facility management experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of building systems
- Ability to multitask
