We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to company executives. This includes managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, emails, and communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Coordinate between executives and departments.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items.
- Assist in planning events and company activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong MS Office and communication skills.
- Excellent time management & problem-solving abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
