Job Description

A well-established gaming and entertainment company is hiring professional and customer-focused Dealer / Croupiers for casino operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing casino table games, handling gaming chips and cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring fair and smooth gameplay according to casino regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate casino table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other gaming activities
• Distribute cards, spin roulette wheels, manage chips, and control game flow professionally
• Explain game rules and procedures clearly to players when required
• Monitor gaming tables to ensure fair play and compliance with casino regulations
• Handle gaming chips, cash transactions, and payouts accurately
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and customers
• Detect suspicious activities, cheating attempts, or irregular gaming behavior
• Ensure gaming tables and equipment are properly maintained and organized
• Follow company policies, gaming laws, and workplace procedures at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors, security staff, and cashier teams for smooth casino operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in gaming areas

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dealer / Croupier preferred
• Knowledge of casino table games and gaming procedures
• Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and night schedules
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Training or certification in casino dealing is an advantage
