Job Description

We are hiring an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to assist customers, answer queries, and provide high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Provide product/service information
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues
  • Maintain customer records in CRM
  • Process orders, returns, and follow-ups
  • Prepare customer support reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literacy & CRM knowledge
