Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will focus on improving customer engagement, streamlining sales processes, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support sales and marketing teams with CRM-related activities and reporting.
- Generate regular reports on customer interactions, sales pipeline, and campaign performance.
- Train and assist staff in using the CRM system effectively.
- Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance CRM functionalities.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage data integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate, sales, or marketing sectors.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
- CRM certifications are a plus.
