Content Producer
Job Description
We are seeking an organized and creative Content Producer to oversee the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end content production process—from concept to execution—ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and high production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and manage content projects (video, photo, written, and multimedia)
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, videographers, and editors
- Develop content schedules and manage production timelines
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Oversee filming, photography, and post-production processes
- Manage content budgets, resources, and production logistics
- Review and approve content before publishing
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for content distribution
- Track content performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain content libraries and production documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in content production or digital media
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing video, photo, and digital content production
- Familiarity with production tools, workflows, and content platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing or production tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or influencers
- UAE or GCC market experience (preferred)
- Arabic language skills (a plus)
