Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Content & E-Learning Manager to lead the development, management, and delivery of high-quality digital learning content. The ideal candidate will oversee instructional design, content strategy, learning technologies, and team coordination to create engaging, effective, and scalable e-learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage e-learning and digital content strategies
  • Oversee end-to-end creation of e-learning courses, modules, and assessments
  • Lead and coordinate instructional designers, content writers, SMEs, and multimedia teams
  • Ensure learning content aligns with instructional design principles and learning objectives
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Review, edit, and approve content for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and learning outcomes
  • Track learner engagement, completion rates, and effectiveness metrics
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external accreditation requirements
  • Stay updated with e-learning trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Communications, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in content development and e-learning or digital training
  • Proven experience managing e-learning projects and teams
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development
  • Experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora)
  • Knowledge of SCORM / xAPI standards
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience in corporate training, education, or government sectors
  • Arabic language skills (a plus)
