Content Creator

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and innovative Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement. The ideal candidate will create high-quality visual and written content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns while staying aligned with brand identity and current trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original content including images, videos, reels, stories, and short-form clips
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and promotions
• Plan and execute content shoots (photo/video)
• Edit photos and videos using relevant tools and software
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if required)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience as a content creator or in a similar role
• Strong creative and storytelling skills
• Experience with photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Excellent time management and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• On-camera confidence and presentation skills
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and motion graphics
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Familiarity with paid social media promotions
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market
• Arabic language skills (a plus)
