Job Description

A reputable manufacturing and engineering company in Albania is hiring skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Operators (Fanuc Controller) for precision machining, metal cutting, CNC programming support, and industrial production operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in operating CNC lathe machines with Fanuc control systems for machining high-precision metal components used in manufacturing and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC Lathe Machines with Fanuc Controllers safely and efficiently for production work
  • Set up CNC machines, load raw materials, and adjust machining parameters according to technical drawings
  • Perform turning, threading, drilling, boring, facing, and finishing operations on metal components
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining blueprints, and CNC program instructions
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality standards
  • Measure finished components using micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, and precision instruments
  • Perform tool offset adjustments, tool replacement, and basic CNC programming corrections where required
  • Conduct machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance checks
  • Identify machining defects, machine errors, and production issues for corrective action
  • Follow factory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of CNC workstations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator / CNC Turner / Fanuc CNC Operator preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and Fanuc Controller operations
  • Ability to read technical drawings, machining plans, and engineering specifications
  • Experience using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools
  • Basic CNC programming and tool offset adjustment knowledge preferred
  • Physically fit for manufacturing and workshop working environments
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in precision engineering or industrial manufacturing is an advantage
